Since 2017, has been associated with the development of the Emotionally Focused Therapy community in Poland. The first person in Poland to be certified by ICEEFT as an EFT Therapist and Supervisor. Is a member of the International Center of Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT) in Canada and the EFT Section of the Polish Society for the Integration of Psychotherapy. She is a co-founder of the Polish EFT Association (PSEFT) and was a board member from 2020 to 2025, first serving as Vice President and later as President. Cooperates with the School of Integrative Psychotherapy in Warsaw, where she teaches courses for Psychotherapy Supervisors.

Has attended the annual seminar titled "Psychotherapy of Non-Heterosexual People - LGB" and the training "Patient with Dysphoria and Gender Incongruence in a Psychologist's Office". Works with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples.

Has worked for several years at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw in the diagnostic-therapeutic department for depression, anxiety, and sleep disorders. Has gained experience in psychotherapy at the Mazovian Psychiatry Centre "Drewnica" in Ząbki, in the Children and Youth Helpline 116 111 run by the Empowering Children Foundation, at the Regeneration Centre in Warsaw, in the United Way Foundation, and at the Psychological and Pedagogical Counselling Centre no. 24 in Wilanów.

A graduate of Kozminski University in Warsaw and a certified trainer. Previously, she was professionally involved in interpersonal development and led workshops and trainings. Works in English.
